For the same substance, the same person can hold:
- a maximum of three (3) Exploration Permits for bauxite and iron ore within a maximum area of 1,500 km2;
- a maximum of five (5) Permits for other substances within a maximum area of 500 km2 for Industrial and Semi-industrial Operations.
