Holders of Staking permits have the right to dispose freely of all products extracted in the course of their exploration and assays, provided that these works do not fall within mining operation activities and provided that said disposal is declared to the National Mining Authority and provided that all the provisions of the mining regulations are observed with respect to the Mine Substances extracted.
