To the extent that they do not conflict with the provisions of this Title and its implementing regulations, chapter III of title II and chapter III of title V of this Code and their implementing will apply to Quarry exploration permits and Mining operation permits for Quarry Substances.
Before the Mining Administration undertakes any action affecting the rights requested or acquired under the Mining Code against a holder of a Mining Title or Authorisation, a written notice is published or sent to such person by the competent authority in accordance with this Code and the mining regulations.
The Mining Administration or administrative Authority or the local Communities are required to acknowledge and respond to any request for opinions or Authorisation made under the Mining Code prior to the expiration of a deadline of three months.
