As an exception to the previous Article, when operation works of a mine cause damage to the operation of another mine because of water that infiltrates the latter in greater quantities, this fact alone will give rise to compensation determined also taking into account any potential resulting benefits that may accrue in certain areas or times for the operation of the damaged mine, of better water drainage due to the work of the adjoining mine in question.
