At any time, an order of the Minister in charge of Mines may, at the request of the holder of a Mining Title, decide, as from a certain date, to reclassify as Mines substances formerly classified as quarries.
Certain mine substances may, depending on the use for which they are intended, be exploited as quarry products within the scope of an authorisation issued to that effect.
The conditions upon which a quarry substance may be reclassified under the mine substances category are set forth in Article 183 of this Code.
