Mining Titles:
- Exploration Permit;
- Industrial or Semi-Industrial Mining Operation Permit;
- Mining concession.
Authorisations:
- Staking permits for Mine or Quarry Substances;
- Quarry exploration permits;
- Artisanal operation license for Mine or Quarry Substances;
- Mining operation permits for Quarry Substances (permanent or temporary permit).
The terms relating to the management of Mining Titles and Authorisations will be provided in the mining regulations.
