Within the area of a Mining Title or Authorisation, the Minister responsible for Mines may, by order, after hearing submissions from the holder, prohibit, restrict or impose certain conditions, the carrying out of exploration, or operation activities by the holder within broadened security zones established around buildings and works described above, or alternatively, authorise certain works within such broadened security zones.
