Decrees of the President of the Republic on the recommendation of the Minister in charge of Mines will define the special conditions under which Mining Titles for Radioactive Substances are granted. Conditions of possession, transportation and storage of Radioactive Substances are determined by joint order of the Ministers in charge of Mines, Environment and Public Health.
