Article 167: Classification of Goods Included in the Mining List

The import of holders of a Mining Title are classified into three categories:

First category: equipment, material, heavy machinery, engines and vehicles appearing on the register of fixed assets of the companies concerned, excluding passenger vehicles;

Second category: consumables intended for the extraction and concentration of crude mine substances, including heavy fuel oil excluding petrol, ordinary lubricants and other petroleum products;

Third category: consumables intended for on-site processing of mine substances into semi-finished or finished products, including heavy fuel oil and specific lubricants, excluding petrol, ordinary lubricants and other petroleum products.
