In accordance with the provisions of Articles 1 and 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, Mine Engineers, other Civil servants and Agents duly sworn and acting under the authority of the National Mining Authority, are authorised to undertake and conduct prosecutions for contraventions of the provisions of this Code and its implementing provisions.
