Whoever is found guilty of violating the provisions contained in Articles 110, 111, 112 and 113 of this Code shall be punished with imprisonment of between 15 days and 6 months and a fine of two million five hundred thousand (2,500,000) GNF to ten million (10,000,000) GNF, or one of the two sentences only.
This fine is tripled and the prison sentence doubled for any subsequent offence.
