Without prejudice to the provisions of the Criminal Code, anyone who contravenes the provisions of this Code relating to the following will be punished with imprisonment of fifteen (15) days to six (6) months and a fine of five million (5,000,000) GNF to fifteen million (15,000,000) GNF:
- radioactive substances;
- hazards and dangers, as well as health and safety at work.
This fine is tripled and the prison sentence doubled for any subsequent offence.
